Puneeth Rajkumar, who is awaiting the release of Natasaarvabhouma, has launched his next project Yuva Ratna. The film, directed by Santhosh Ananddram, had a simple launch at a temple today. According to the makers. If all goes as planned, the film will go on floors from the third week of January. 

Yuva Ratna, bankrolled by Hombale Films, marks the second association of the actor and director after the blockbuster hit, Raajakumara. The film will feature Puneeth Rajkumar in the role of a college-goer and will have music by V Harikrishna.

The makers are currently in the process of finalising the heroine and the rest of the cast.
