The film premiered at the 73rd Venice International Film Festival, where it received a standing ovation. Thrilled to present his film before German audiences, the director says, “I am delighted to see the film now releasing in Germany after a very successful run in Japan recently and other countries around the world. Audience and critics reaction to the film in Japan was very heartwarming.”

Mukti Bhawan’s international distributor, Paul Hudson, Director at C International Sales, adds, “Good films always find an audience, and that’s just what’s happened with Hotel Salvation, and we couldn’t be happier.”
