Vaibhav to star in Tamil remake of Ninnu Kori

The actor will be next seen in Deekay's Kaateri and Saravana Rajan's RK Nagar

Ninnu Kori, the 2017 superhit Telugu film starring Nani and directed by Shiva Nirvana, is set to be remade in Tamil. Vaibhav will be reprising Nani's role from the original. The Telugu version of the romantic drama, bankrolled by DVV Entertainment, also starred Aadhi Pinisetty and Nivetha Thomas as the other leads.
 
For now, Rum-fame Sai Bharath has been finalised as the director of the remake and a formal announcement about the rest of the cast and crew will be made in a week's time. 

This will be Vaibhav's first remake since playing a police officer opposite Nayanthara in the Tamil remake of Kahaani. This is Nani's third film to be remade in Tamil after Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Ala Modalaindi
