Riding high on the success of Tik Tik Tik, India's first space film, director Shakthi Soundar Rajan will be teaming up with Arya for his next film. The filmmaker will reportedly explore an out-of-the-box genre in this yet-to-be-titled film, just like his previous works Miruthan and Naaigal Jaakirathai. 

It is also speculated that Studio Green Productions, which bankrolled Arya's recent rom-com, Ghajinikanth, will produce the new film. However, an official announcement regarding the principal cast and crew of the Shakthi Soundar Rajan-directorial is awaited. 

Meanwhile, Arya, who is currently working on KV Anand's next with Suriya, also has Santhana Devan by Ameer in his kitty.
