Bobby Simha is currently shooting for his next titled Agni Dev, which is jointly directed by John Paul Raj of Chennaiyil Oru Naal 2 fame and newbie Sham Surya. The film based on writer Rajesh Kumar's novel went on floors in June. The latest from the camp is that Ramya Nambeesan, last seen in a cameo in Mercury, has been signed to play the female lead.

The film, which is predominantly being shot in Coimbatore just like JPR's previous film, also features comedian Sathish and Roja-fame Madhoo, who is said to be playing a negative role in the film.

While Ramya will next be seen in Natpuna Ennanu Theriyuma, Bobby Simha has Vikram-starrer Saamy Square in which he's playing the villain.
