Actor Vijay Deverakonda turned emotional as he shared his angst over his upcoming film Geetha Govindam falling prey to the cyber crime. “We are trying to put on a brave face, but you cannot imagine how tensed we are. My producers Aravind and Bunny Vasu are working untiringly to give us a good film,”  he said.

Referring to the leakage of raw footage from Geetha Govindam, Vijay said, “I was tormented by all  that has happened in the last three days. For those, who want to pull me down...I’ve been fighting to survive since I was a child. I’m not a survivor, I’m a warrior. I’m here to entertain my audience and I will do whatever I can to consolidate my position in the industry. Piracy can’t deter my spirits,” said Vijay at the pre-release event of Geetha Govindam in Visakhapatnam on Sunday.

Directed by Parasuram and also featuring Rashmika Mandanna, Geetha Govindam releases on August 15.
