A few months ago director Suseenthiran expressed his unhappiness over not being able to work with his favourite composer, Yuvan Shankar Raja, on his upcoming film Champion. But, it has come to light now that the duo have come together for a new film, titled Genius. 

Yuvan recently recorded a song for the film with vocals by Super Singer-fame Srikanth. The composer's last film with the director was Aadhalal Kadhal Seiveer, which released five years ago in 2013. They've also worked together in other films like Karthi's Naan Mahaan Alla, and Vikram's Rajapattai. 

Meanwhile, Suseenthiran, who is currently awaiting the release of Angelina, will be making his acting debut in Ramprakash Rayappa's Suttu Pidikka Utharavu, which also stars Mysskin and Vikranth.
