Aadhav Kannadasan and Bharath have teamed up for Kalidas, a thriller directed by Sri Senthil. With the filming now complete, Bharath has started dubbing for his portions. Also, it has been revealed that the actor plays a cop for the first time in his career. 

Ann Sheetal from Malayalam cinema makes her Tamil debut with this film. She will be paired opposite Bharath.

Also featuring Suresh Chandra Menon in a pivotal role, the film, which was shot in Chennai and Hyderabad, has music by Vishal Chandrashekhar and cinematography by Velraj. The film's teaser is expected to be released soon.
