Hugh Jackman thanks his Indian fans 

The actor took to Twitter to thank his fans in India in response to their tribute video

Hugh Jackman is renowned for playing the longest recurring superhero role in the history of cinema. The actor, who has donned the role of Wolverine nine times in the X-Men franchise, bid farewell to the character after the 2017 film, Logan.

He took to Twitter on Monday, to thank his Indian fans by posting a video after watching the fan tribute video made by his fans in India, which was aired during a campaign run by a famous movie channel. 

In the video, Hugh Jackman says, "To all my fans in India, I just saw that incredible compilation. Thank you so much it means the world to me. It's been an amazing journey and your support over the 17 years, honestly, it touches me. Thank you so much for sending me that video, I'll keep it forever."

The Prestige actor is currently awaiting the release of his dark comedy, The Front Runner.
