Niharika Konidela, who was last seen in the Vijay Sethupathi-starrer Oru Nalla Naal Paathu Solren, has reportedly bagged a role in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. While there is no official confirmation yet, if it materialises, this would be the second time Niharika and Vijay share screen space, as the latter is already confirmed to be a part of the project. It remains to be seen if they’re paired in the film.

This biopic based on the life of a freedom fighter, Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, stars Chiranjeevi in the lead, and also features Amitabh Bachchan, Jagapathi Babu, Sudeep, and Nayanthara.

To be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, the film is directed by Surender Reddy and is being produced by Ram Charan under his banner Konidela Production Company.

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is expected to hit the screens later this year.
