Balakrishna-starrer NTR, a biopic on legendary actor NTR, went on floors on March 29. The team has shot one crucial scene with the Jai Simha actor in Hyderabad.  Meanwhile, we hear, director Teja is planning a sequel to the biopic.

“NTR’s life has many inspiring incidents to tell and it wouldn’t be complete without covering all those aspects. So, Teja is now contemplating making NTR in two parts and is currently in discussions with his team of writers about the prospect of working on a sequel. Right from NTR’s childhood to rise to stardom and political journey, the director feels that everything has to be shown and hence the idea,” informs a source close to the director.

Produced by Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Induri, the film’s next schedule will commence in May. To be made in Telugu and Hindi, the makers are also in talks with Bollywood actors Vidya Balan and Paresh Rawal to play the roles of NTR’s wife and former chief minister Nadendla Bhaskara Rao in the film.
