Kannan, whose recent outing was the Gautham Karthik-starrer Ivan Thanthiran, has roped in Atharvaa for his next film. According to sources, the story is set in Chennai and Tirunelveli, and is rumoured to have two actresses in the lead. However, official confirmation is awaited.

Touted to be an action drama with all the usual commercial elements, Radhan of Arjun Reddy fame is composing the music for this untitled project. "Atharvaa plays an ambitious guy and we're scouting for heroines as of now," says a source. The team is busy with pre-production work and shooting will commence from January. The makers are looking to release the film in May.
