In an earlier interview, Hema Rukmani, CEO, Thenandal Studios Limited had hinted that there might be a sequel to the Vijay-starrer Mersal. Now, the official Instagram handle of the banner has conducted a poll as to how many were in favour of Mersal 2. Interestingly, the response was tremendous. The poll, featured in their story section of the app, disappeared in 24 hours upload. On the other hand, Vijay's next is with AR Murugadoss like we had reported. But, it's not sure if the actor has given a nod to Mersal 2.
