News that Dhruv Vikram’s debut project will be directed by ace-filmmaker Bala broke some time ago. Vikram has now taken to social media to announce the official title of the movie. The film, which is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy, has been titled Varma. 

The title was originally supposed to be announced yesterday, but the actor had deferred the announcement of the big news following his Saamy 2 cinematographer Priyan's unexpected demise.

This project is expected to go on the floors later this year.
