We had previously reported that, after the success of Hara Hara Mahadevaki, director Santhosh Jayakumar and Gautham Karthik will be joining hands once again for an adult-horror entertainer, Iruttu Araiyil Murattu Kuthu. The film, which has Vaibhavi Shandilya (who's starring alongside Santhanam in Server Sundaram and Sakka Podu Podu Raja) as the female lead, has gotten more girl power with the inclusion of Chandrika Ravi (who will debut with the yet-to-be-released Sei) and Yashika Anand of Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru fame.

Talking about the new additions to the cast, director Santhosh says, "Chandrika will play the role of the ghost and Yashika has been roped in for an important role." The team recently returned to Chennai following a schedule in Thailand. "Almost the entire film will be shot in Thailand, except for one song sequence, which will be shot in Chennai. We've returned to film this song, and will be going back to Thailand again in a week's time. The shooting will be wrapped up most probably in the end of this month or the first week of December," he adds.

IAMK will also star Rajendran and Karunakaran, who were a part of Hara Hara Mahadevaki as well. Aside from them, the cast also includes Bala Saravanan, Madhumitha and Sha Ra of Meesaya Murukku fame. Balamurali Balu is composing the music for this film, which will have Tharun Balaji, who's also working on 4G, as the cinematographer.
