Team Naragasooran has unveiled the title poster and revealed the details of the primary cast and crew. This was done on the occasion of Arvind Swami’s birthday. The film’s director, Karthick Naren, says, “We were planning for quite a while to release it on an apt date and after consulting with Gautham Vasudev Menon (the producer), we decided to zero in on June 18. The fact that it fell on a Sunday was to our advantage.” He is also delighted to get positive feedback from both Arvind Swami and Gautham Menon. He says that the golden frame featured in the film perfectly encapsulates the mood of the film. “I just gave the basic sketch of the design to Chinna Suresh, who also worked with me on Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru. I gave him the freedom to improvise. Though he was only given a bare outline, he has managed to give us a poster that accurately symbolizes the film,”

Karthick says, “The photo shoot for the project will take place next, and a first look poster will be shared. The film’s shoot is planned to commence in September, once Arvind Swami finishes work on Vanangamudi.” He also denies that the launch of the poster taking place on Father’s Day has any special significance. “That’s just coincidence.”
