Haseena gets delayed by a month

The Shraddha Kapoor starrer will not release in July

Shraddha Kapoor’s biopic on Dawood Ibrahim’s sister Haseena Parkar has been pushed ahead by a month.

The film was to release on July 14 and supposed to have a box office clash with Jagga Jasoos. However, it is was later reported that the makers are planning to shift the date to next week and the film might release on July 28. On July 28, Arjun Kapoor and Anil Kapoor’s Mubarakan is slated to release too, apart from Madhur Bandarkar’s Indu Sarkar and Tigmanshu Dhulia’s Raagdesh.

The makers of Haseena have now decided to release it on August 18, as they are said to be looking for more time for promotions.. It might be a solo release that week.

The film stars Shraddha’s real brother Siddhant Kapoor as her reel brother and Ankur Bhatia plays her husband. The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and produced by Nahida Khan, Swiss Entertainment, Sameer Antulay and Babu Tyagi.
