Y Gee Mahendra, who was last seen in Anbanavan Adangadhavan Asaradhavan (AAA) has been roped in for an interesting role in Oh Andha Naatkal directed by James Vasanthan. The actor will reportedly reprise the role of Carnatic musician JKB from the Sahana TV series. Sahana was based on K Balachander’s iconic film Sindhu Bhairavi, which starred Sivakumar in the same role. 

The film will also feature Radikaa Sarathkumar, Suhasini Maniratnam, Khushbu and Urvashi in the lead roles. According to sources, it’s about four long-time friends who go on a road trip together. The female-oriented script is slated to release later this year. Telugu actress Latha Hegde is also making her debut in Tamil with this film.
