Sarabha, a socio fantasy starring Akash Kumar and Mishti Chakraborty of Chinnadana Nekosam fame is poised for release in January. The film, which has been in the making for three-and-half years, has recently been wrapped up and the post-production formalities have been completed as well.

“This swashbuckling adventure promises to be a visual effects extravaganza. The well-known Indian VFX studio Firefly and world-renowned prosthetic makeup technician Sean Foot have worked on the film. We are pleased with the output and are overwhelmed with the response to the first look and the teaser. We are making efforts to release the film in January,” says producer Aswini Kumar Sahadev. 

Directed by N Narasimha Rao, the film also features Jayaprada, Napoleon and Nasser in crucial roles. Koti has scored the music, while Sai Madhav Burra has penned the dialogues.
