Newcomer Diana Champika is the leading lady of Vijay Antony's Annadurai. According to sources, the film a family drama, which revolves around the story of two brothers, and apparently, Vijay will be playing both the brothers. 

The actor is also doubled up as the music director for the film. A source says, "Vijay always prefers working with newbies and always believes in introducing new talent. We are almost done shooting for the film, and he's extremely happy with Diana's work."

Contrary to rumours, the film is not a biopic on the late Tamil leader, Annadurai, and will instead be a commercial entertainer. Directed by debutant Srinivasan, Annadurai will be produced by Radikaa and Sarath Kumar.
