Seems like Vineeth Sreenivasan is taking his acting career quite seriously. The actor, whose last project Oru Cinemakkaran did good business at the box office, will be seen sporting a village guy look for Aana Alaralodalaral that will go on the floors from August 22.

Director Dileep Menon says the movie will be a social satire set in the backdrop of a village. "This is a satire and tackles certain issues that have contemporary relevance. The narrative is laced with humour and it is going to be an out-and-out entertainer," he adds.

But, what about the quirky title? The director is tight-lipped. "Well, the title is the key to the story. It would be a spoiler if I reveal anything about the movie at this point," he says.

However, the first look will be out on August 20. Aana Alaralodalaral will be shot in Kollangodu and nearby areas.

The movie will also see a fresh pairing with Anu Sithara playing Vineeth's lead lady. "There is a strong romantic track. Anu Sithara's character will give the movie a certain freshness," says Dileep, who has earlier assisted directors Prajith G (Oru Vadakkan Selfie) and Ranjith Sankar.

Besides the leads, Suraj Venjaramood, Visakh Nair, Hareesh Perumana and Mamookoya will also be seen in the movie, which has been scripted by newbie Sharat Balan. Shaan Rahman will compose the tunes.

Aana Alaralodalaral is likely to hit the screens for Christmas.
