Dileesh Pothan denies signing Mammootty

The Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum director says his next directorial project will only happen next year

His latest, Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum, is already a superhit but director Dileesh Pothan says he isn’t doing anything till the end of 2018. He was responding to rumours that he has signed up Mammootty for a project.

“No, I haven’t decided on anything. A few scripts are under consideration. There are stories that suit Mammootty and there are subjects suitable for other actors. But, I am not in a hurry to do my next,” he said.

Meanwhile, the director is busy with his acting. He will soon be seen in Lijo Pellissery’s next E Ma Yau, where he will play one of the significant characters, along with Vinayakan.
