Model-turned-actor Sanah Thimmayya cannot contain her excitement for her debut film Odeya. “I am waiting for the start of a new chapter in my life,” says the newcomer, who is overwhelmed with the kind of reception she is getting from the Kannada industry and the audience, even before the film's release. “I feel blessed.”

“I will have a clear picture of how well people have accepted me after Odeya’s release,” she adds.

The newcomer feels that making her debut opposite Darshan and acting alongside the huge star cast has taught her many lessons. “Working on Odeya taught me a lot about cinema. The film helped me understand how I can take my career forward. I see life with a different perspective after Odeya,” says Sanah, adding, “Darshan’s passion towards work is something I would like to imbibe. Even though the shooting took place around the time he had met with an accident, it didn’t deter him from delivering a power-packed performance. This was so inspiring.”

The film, made under the banner of Sandesh Productions, also stars Devaraj, Ravi Shankar, and Sharath Lohithashwa. Odeya’s music has been composed by Arjun Janya, while the background score is provided by V Harikrishna.
