Dr Krishna Devaraya was a historical drama film that featured Rajkumar in the titular role -- Krishnadevaraya, a Vijayanagara ruler of the 16th century. This was Rajkumar's first film in colour.

Karulina Kare was a romantic drama written and directed by Puttanna Kanagal. With Rajkumar in the lead, the film featured Kalpana as heroine along with P Nagendra Rao in a prominent character.

Hasiru Thorana, a story written by Sundaramma was directed by T V Singh Thakur. The film starring Rajkumar also featured Uday Kumar and Bharathi in the lead roles.

Bhoopathi Ranga was directed by Geethapriya and HR Bhargava worked as an associate director for the film, which also featured Udaya Chandrika and Renuka in the lead roles.

Mr Rajkumar starring Rajkumar was directed and produced by B S Ranga. The film featuring Rajasree, Nagappa, Dwarakish, and Raghavendra Rao had a musical score by S Rajeshwara Rao.

Bhale Jodi, directed by Y R Swamy, featured Rajkumar in dual roles with Bharathi and Dinesh also part of the cast. The film was based on the story written by Jawar Seetharaman.

C.I.D. Rajanna starring Rajkumar was produced and directed by R Ramamurthy. The film's cast included Rajasree, Premalatha, Dwarakish, and Ashwat.

Nanna Thammaa was directed by K Babu Rao. Along with Rajkumar the film also starred Jayanthi, Gangadhar, and R Nagendra Rao in the cast. The film's music was scored by Ghantasala.

Baalu Belagithu, written and directed by Siddalingaiah, also starred Jayanthi and Bharathi. It was remade in Telugu as Manchivadu, in Hindi as Humshakal and in Tamil as Oorukku Uzhaippavan.

Devara Makkalu, based on a novel Meena written Ma Na Murthy, was directed by Y. R. Swamy. Along with Rajkumar, the film starring Jayanthi, Kalpana, and Rajesh, had its soundtrack by G K Venkatesh.

Paropakari was a romantic drama, written and directed by Y R Swamy, which featured Rajkumar in a dual shade. The music was composed by Upendra Kumar.

Nadina Bhagya was directed by R Nagendra Rao, and featured Rajkumar in a guest appearance. The film featured director Nagendra Rao in the lead, along with Sudarshan and T R Narasimharaj.
