This little kid in school uniform is none other than Hansika Motwani.

Hansika Motwani was born into a Sindhi speaking family in 1991 in Mumbai. Her father, Pradeep Motwani, is a businessman and her mother, Mona Motwani, is a dermatologist.

Hansika attended the Podar International School, Mumbai, and the International Curriculum School in Santacruz, Mumbai.

Hansika started off her acting career with daily soap in Star Plus called Des Mein Nikla Hoga Chand.

However, the TV serial, Shaka Laka Boom Boom, got her many eyeballs, and made her famous as a child artist.

Hansika, later, went on to star in a handful of Hindi TV shows like Son Pari and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.

Hansika as a model, famously featured in the nostalgic Amul ad, which made her a familiar face in the advertising circuit.

She also starred in a particularly lovable Rasna ad.

Hansika appeared as one of the children in Koi Mil Gaya (2003) with Preity Zinta and Hrithik Roshan, which made her famous in Bollywood.

Hansika made her film debut at 16 in a lead role in Puri Jagannadh's Telugu film, Desamuduru , opposite Allu Arjun, earning the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South for her performance.

Hansika made her debut as a leading actress in Bollywood with Himesh Reshammiya in Aap Kaa Surroor (2007).

Hansika's first and only Kannada film to date is Bindaas (2008), starring Puneeth Rajkumar.

Hansika made her Tamil film debut in the 2011 film Mappillai, opposite Dhanush.

Hansika has completed 49 films as of 2019. She is currently shooting for her 50th film, Mahaa
