The first look featured a bespectacled Sivakarthikeyan in a crisp formal attire sitting on a chair with bloody gloves and a scalpel in his hands.
Doctor will be Anirudh's sixth film that stars Sivakarthikeyan as the lead.
The film, according to Nelson, will have the elements of an action, thriller, and comedy.
