A jailer who believes in peace for reformation and a police officer who stands by beating to bring out the truth join hands for an unusual mission in ZEE5's new original project Kaakee Circus. Starring Munishkanth and Subash Selvam of Thittam Irandu-fame in lead roles, the plot revolves around a jail where inmates are required to deposit money into a hundial reserved for a local deity before they enter.

One day, during a routine inspection, Subash Selvam discovers that the hundial is empty. The panicked officers run from pillar to post to unravel the mystery surrounding the theft and are on a race against time to find the culprit. However, things are not as easy as it seems as it looks like the case is expected to cross borders to Kerala as well. Besides Tamil, Kaakee Circus will also be available in Malayalam.

Apart from Munishkanth and Subash Selvam, the series also stars prominent Malayalam actor Rajesh Madhavan, and Abdool Lee.

Scheduled to release on the platform on April 10, Kaakee Circus is backed by Rise East Entertainment.
