After its theatrical run, Arjun Das' latest comedy drama Bomb will soon release on OTT platform Aha Tamil. The streamer posted the announcement on their social media platform that the film will premiere on October 10.

The film is directed by Vishal Venkat who previously made the critically acclaimed film Sila Nerangalil Sila Manithargal (2022).

Upon release on September 12, the film received mixed to positive reviews from audiences and critics who praised the unique storyline, but criticised its screenplay for being bogged down by many promising ideas. Apart from Arjun Das, Kaali Venkat, Shivathmika, Nassar, Abhirami, Singampuli, and Balasaravanan are playing important roles.

Our CE review of the film by Avinash Ramachandran read, "One might argue that societal transformation can happen through dialogue, but Bomb needed something more drastic than a simple series of scenes. The premise is so fantastical that it needed an even more outlandish resolution. Also, since the film is utopian in nature, and Vishal loves the idea of the presence of goodness in every human, we can smell the climactic transformation of society from afar."

The technical crew of the film, produced by Sudha Sukumar and Sukumar Balakrishnan of Gembrio Pictures, had music composed by D Imman, cinematography Rajkumar PM, editing by Prasanna GK, stunt choreography Monster Mukesh, and art direction Manoj Kumar.
