Kiran Abbavaram’s latest entertainer K-Ramp, which had a theatrical release on Diwali, will soon be available for streaming. The film will begin streaming on Aha on November 15, the streamer announced on Saturday.
Directed by debutant Jains Nani, K-Ramp revolved around the story of a carefree young lad (Kumar) and his love story with Mercy (Yukti Thareja) that brings in many surprises and unexpected challenges in his casual journey of life. The film also featured many stellar actors in the supporting cast like Saikumar, Muralidhar Goud, Vennela Kishore among others. Key technicians included Chaitan Bharadwaj as the music director, Sateedy Reddy Masam is the cinematographer, Brahma Kadali as production designer and Chota K Prasad as editor.
While it had received an A-rating certificate from censor board despite marketing itself as a family entertainer, K-Ramp performed well commercially. Reportedly made on a budget of Rs 18 crore, K-Ramp emerged as the most successful Telugu film among all Diwali releases that included Telusu Kada and Mithra Mandali. The film earned Rs 23.7 crore nett at the box office worldwide, according to a report from Sacnilk.com.
K-Ramp is produced by Razesh Danda and Shiva Bommak under the banners of Hasya Movies and Ruudransh Celluloid.
