Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, the recently released Nani starrer, is now gearing up for its OTT premiere. The Vivek Athreya directorial will begin streaming on Netflix from September 26 onwards.

Besides Nani in the lead role, the film also starred SJ Suryah, Priyanka Mohan, Abhirami, Murali Sharma and Sai Kumar in significant roles. Jakes Bejoy was the music director, while Murali G helmed cinematography.

In our review for the film, we had noted, “Saripodhaa Sanivaaram only further cements that Vivek Athreya is one of the most exciting and gifted writers of contemporary Telugu cinema, and there couldn’t have been a better filmmaker than him to attempt a reinvention of the quintessential Telugu action movie.”

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram marked the second collaboration between Nani and Vivek Athreya, after the 2022 film Ante Sundaraniki. 

Besides Telugu, the film will also be available for streaming in the languages of Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada under the title ‘Surya’s Saturday.’
