The recently-released Rao Ramesh-starrer Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is gearing up for its OTT premiere. The comedy, which also starred Ankith Koyya in a prominent role, will begin streaming on Aha from September 20 onwards.

Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is directed by Lakshman Karya, who had previously made the 2018 film Happy Wedding. In our review for the film, we had noted, “Maruthi Nagar Subramanyam is so fast-paced that it barely gives you time to breathe. But more importantly, the film understands the value of consistency—and fortunately, the plot never loses focus. Props to Rao Ramesh and Ankith Koyya for carrying the entire film on their shoulders.”

The film was presented by Thabitha Sukumar, the wife of eminent filmmaker Sukumar, and produced by Bujji Rayudu Pentyala and Mohan Karya under the PBR Cinemas and Lokamaatre Cinematics banner. Kalyan Nayak is the music director for the film.

Ankith Koyya was recently also seen in the comedy-drama Aay.
