Jeethu Joseph's Nunakuzhi, headlined by Basil Joseph, is all set for OTT premiere this Onam. The film is set to stream from Thiruvonam day (September 15) on Zee5. It got released in theatres on August 15 and fetched mixed response.

Nunakuzhi is a comedy thriller spun around a web of lies. It is scripted by KR Krishna Kumar, who also penned Jeethu's 12th Man (2022) and Kooman (2022).

Nunakuzhi also features Grace Antony, Manoj K Jayan, Baiju Santhosh, Swasika, Siddique, Baiju Santhosh, Saiju Kurup, Althaf Salim, Shyam Mohan, Azees Nedumangad, and Lena, among others. Its technical crew includes the director's frequent collaborators like editor Vinayak VS and cinematographer Satheesh Kurup. Music is composed by Vishnu Shyam and Thrishanku-fame Jay Unnithan. It is produced by Yoodlee Films and Bedtime Stories.

As announced earlier, Jeethu Joseph's next is with Fahadh Faasil. It is scripted by Santhi Mayadevi, who collaborated with Jeethu in Drishyam 2 (2021) and Neru (2023).

Basil, on the other hand, is part of Tovino's Ajayante Randaam Moshanam, Sreeraj Sreenivasan's Praavinkoodu Shappu, Jothish Shankar's Ponman, Sivaprasad's Marana Mass, and MC Jithin's Sookshmadarshini.
