Varalaxmi Sarathkumar's Sabari is all set to premiere on Sun NXT on October 11, the streamer announced on Monday. The film hit theatres on May 3 and opened to unfavourable reviews.

Anil Katz, who has earlier worked as a writer and assistant director on films like 1940 Lo Oka Gramam (2010) and Kamalatho Naa Prayanam (2014), is making his directorial debut with Sabari.

Actors like Ganesh Venkatraman, Shashank, Mime Gopi, Sunaina, Baby Krithika, Rajashri Nair, Bhadram, Phani, Krishna Teja, Prabhu, Archana Ananth, and Keshav Deepak comprise the supporting cast of Sabari. Gopi Sundar is the music director for the thriller film. The cinematography is by Rahul Shrivatsav and Nani Chamidisetty. Dharmendra Karakala is the editor, and Ashish Teja Pulala is the art director. 

Sabari is produced by Mahendra Nath Kondla under the banner of Maha Movies.
