Vishal's latest outing in the theatres, Rathnam, is all set to premiere on Prime Video on May 23. Helmed by Hari, the film hit theatres on April 26 and opened to mixed reviews.

Besides Vishal, the action film also stars Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Menon, Murali Sharma, and Samuthirakani, among others.

Rathnam Movie Review: A hyper-violent family drama with an overstuffed screenplay

Rathnam is produced by Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Production and Kaarthekeyan Santhanam's Zee Studios. The film marks the third collaboration between Hari and Vishal after Thamirabharani (2007) and Poojai (2014). Rathnam has cinematography by M Sukumar, music by Devi Sri Prasad and editing by T S Jay.
