Varun Sharma, Sunny Singh and Manjot Singh embark on a ‘breakup trip’ in Wild Wild Punjab

Also starring Jassie Gill, Patralekhaa and Ishita Raj, the film is directed by Simarpreet Singh and produced by Luv Ranjan

Varun Sharma, Sunny Singh, Manjot Singh and Jassie Gill are set for a road trip. The buddy-comedy Wild Wild Punjab was announced by the makers on Wednesday. Also starring Patralekhaa and Ishita Raj, the film is directed by Simarpreet Singh and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

As per a press release, Wild Wild Punjab is about a gang of four guys who embark on a road trip across Punjab when one of them has a breakup. “Khanne (Varun Sharma) has had a breakup. He’s upset, but he has friends like Arore (Sunny Singh),Jainu (Jassie Gill) and Honey Paaji (Manjot Singh) who encourage him to face this breakup head-on and move on! Join this group of friends as they embark on a ‘break-up trip’ across Punjab to help Khanne find the closure he desires. Will they succeed?” reads the official synopsis.

Written by Harman Wadala and Sandeep Jain from a story by Luv Ranjan, the film will premiere on Netflix on July 10.
