Aha Tamil released the trailer of their upcoming original film Sevappi, on Wednesday. Written and directed by MS Raaja, Sevappi stars MS Rishikanth and Poornima Ravi in the lead roles.  

The trailer starts in a story narration format through which we get to know that a young boy had a hen for a pet, and nurtured it with love and care, only for it to go missing. How a missing hen wreaks havoc in the village forms the rest of the story. 

Shravan Athevethan has starred as the young boy in Sevappi.  The technical crew of Sevappi includes cinematographer Manoharan, with editing and VFX handled by Vachu Laskmin. The music is scored by A Praveen Kumar.

Sevappi is produced by Rajeshwar Kalisamy and Prasanna Balachandran, known for their YouTube channel Nakkalites. The film will premiere on Aha Tamil on January 12.
