Mathimaran, starring Venkat Senguttuvan and Ivana, is now available to stream on Prime Video. The film hit theatres on December 30 and opened to mixed reviews.
The film is written and directed by Mantra Veerapandian. Described as a 'multi-genre film', Mathimaran was shot across locations in Tirunelveli, Sivagangai, Kalayarkovil, and Chennai.
Apart from Venkat Senguttuvan and Ivana, the cast of Mathimaran also includes MS Bhaskar, Aadukalam-fame Narain, Aradya, and Bava Chelladurai.
While Karthik Raaja has composed music for Mathimaran, Parvaez K has cranked the camera and Sathish Suriya has handled the editing.
The film is backed by Lenin Babu under the GS Cinema International banner.
