Disney+ Hotstar unveiled the trailer of the upcoming web series Vadhuvu starring Avika Gor in the lead role. The show, directed by Poluru Krishna, is a Telugu remake of the Bengali serial Indu. 

The series falls under the family thriller genre and promises to explore the secrets of large families, the precautions taken to conceal them, and the consequences if these secrets are revealed. 

It tells the tale of a girl who is stuck in a dilemma about her marriage and there’s some mystery about the family that she’s entering. What’s in store for the bride remains to be seen.

Apart from Avika Gor, the series also stars, Nandu and Ali Reza in key roles. Vadhuvu is produced by Srikanth Mohta and Mahendra Soni under SVF banner. This series will be available for streaming from December 8.
