Trailer of Nicole Kidman's Expats is here 

Also starring Sarayu Blue, Ji-young Yoo, Jack Huston and Brian Tee the series is set to premiere on Prime Video on January 26

Prime Video, on Tuesday, unveiled the trailer of Nicole Kidman's upcoming series, Expats. Coming from The Farewell-fame Lulu Wang, the series will also feature Sarayu Blue, Ji-young Yoo, Jack Huston and Brian Tee in prominent roles.

The official logline of the series reads, "Set against the complex tapestry of Hong Kong residents, Expats depicts a multifaceted group of women after a single encounter sets off a chain of life-altering events that leaves everyone navigating the intricate balance between blame and accountability."

The series focuses on a group of expatriates living in Hong Kong. Expats will consist of six episodes and is based on Janice YK Lee's novel by the name The Expatriates. The series also had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, 2023. 

Nicole plays the role of an expat in Hong Kong struggling with an unimaginable family tragedy. The series is backed by Blosson Films, Amazon Studios and Per Capita Productions. Nicole Kidman, Per Saari, Theresa Park, Alice Bell, Melanie Marnich, Lulu Wang serve as executive producers.

The series is all set to premiere on Prime Video on January 26.
