The makers of Once Upon A Time In Kochi launched the trailer of the film on Wednesday. It will be hitting the screens on May 31. The trailer begins with Arjun Ashokan's cop character barging into a car's back, interfering with the film's lead couple, played by Mubin M Rafi and Njan Prakashan-fame Devika Sanjay. What follows is a police procedural centered around drug abuse in Kochi, which also seemingly involves the couple.

Once Upon A Time In Kochi is directed by Nadirshah and written by Raffi. The film also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Johny Antony, Raffi, Baiju Santhosh, Jaffar Idukki, Shivajith, Malavika Menon, Kalandoor, Neha Saxena, Aswath Lal, Sminu Sijo, Riyaz Khan, Sudheer Karamana, Kalabhavan Haneef, Samad, Sudheer Sukumaran, Kalabhavan Rahman and Saju Navodaya, among others. The film, produced by Kalandoor Entertainments Pvt Ltd, has cinematography by Shaji Kumar, editing by Shameer Muhammed, and music by Hesham Abdul Wahab and Nadirshah.

Nadirshah's last directorial was the Jayasurya-starrer Eesho, which had a direct digital premiere on SonyLIV.
