Unni Mukundan's Shefeekinte Santhosham trailer out

The trailer of Shefeekkinte Santhosham, the upcoming film starring Unni Mukundan, was released on Sunday. 

According to the trailer, the film follows the life of the titular character Shefeek Samsudhin (Unni Mukundan), a middle-class expat who returns to his village in Kerala from Dubai. While everything in his life seems to be rosy, an unexpected tragedy hits him, due to which he has a major breakdown and is accused of shaming the community with his deeds. 

Written and directed by Anup Pandalam, Shefeekinte Santhosham is all set to hit the theatres on November 25. It also stars Manoj K Jayan, Bala, Athmiya Rajan, Rahul Madhav, Shaheen Siddique, Sminu Sijo, Krishna Prasad, Azees Nedumangad, Mithun Ramesh, and Boban Samuel among others.

Shefeekinte Santhosham is Unni Mukundan's second production after Meppadiyan. The technical crew includes cinematographer Eldho Issac, editor Noufal Abdullah and music composer Shaan Rahman and Ranjin Raj has composed the background score.

On the other hand, it may be noted that the film has been censored with a U certificate. Unni Mukundan was last seen in the Telugu film Yashoda, starring Samantha as the lead role. His upcoming projects include Mindiyum Paranjum, Malikappuram, Bruce Lee, Yamaha, Pappa and Gandharva Jr.
