We had earlier reported about Lal and Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam-fame Anagha Narayanan starring in Dear Vaappi, directed by Shan Thulaseedharan. On Friday, the makers released its teaser, which gives an idea about the film. We learn that Lal's character Basheer, a humble tailor, has a passion for costume designing, and along with his daughter Amira, played by Anagha, he opens a boutique.

From the teaser, it looks like a coloruful, feel-good drama, with the teaser not revealing any major conflict. Niranj Mainyanpilla Raju is paired with Anagha in the film. Veyil-fame Sreerekha is also there in a prominent role.

Dear Vaappi, produced by Crown Films, is gearing up to hit screens soon. The film's technical team includes composer Kailas Menon, cinematographer Pandikumar and editor Lijo Paul.

Meanwhile, director Shan has also completed shooting a thriller with Indrajith Sukumaran and Anu Sithara. Titled Anuradha Crime No. 59/2019, the film is yet to released.
