Mohanlal has started dubbing for Athimanoharam, director Tharun Moorthy’s upcoming film, the makers announced on social media along with pictures of the actor at the studio. The film marks the reunion of Mohanlal and Tharun after their successful collaboration on Thudarum.

Athimanoharam wrapped up filming in September following around 115 days of shooting. Mohanlal plays TS Lovelajan, a police officer, while Meera Jasmine appears as his wife, Naisy. Written by Ratheesh Ravi, the film is described as a police procedural blended with family drama. Ratheesh has previously penned films such as Pullikkaran Staraa, Ishq, Adi and Maharani.

Athimanoharam also stars Binu Pappu, Bhama Arun, Manoj K Jayan, Jagadish, Mukesh and Lalu Alex, among others. The film's technical crew comprises cinematographer Shaji Kumar, composer Jakes Bejoy, editor Vivek Harshan and sound designer Vishnu Govind. Ashiq Usman is backing the film under his namesake banner. As announced earlier, it is slated to hit theatres on December 24 as a Christmas release.
