Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming action thriller I’m Game is set to hit theatres worldwide on August 20 as an Onam release. The makers announced the release date on Wednesday, along with unveiling a vibrant new poster featuring Dulquer standing at the centre of a cheering crowd.

Directed by Nahas Hidhayath, who made an impressive debut with the 2023 actioner RDX, the film marks Dulquer’s return to Malayalam cinema after King of Kotha in 2023.

I'm Game's story is from Nahas himself, with the screenplay co-written by Bilal Moidu, Ismail Aboobacker and Sajeer Baba. Dialogues are penned by Shahabas Rasheed and Aadarsh Sukumaran. The ensemble cast features RDX actor Antony Varghese Pepe in a pivotal role, while Tamil filmmaker Mysskin makes his Malayalam acting debut. Tamil actor Kathir, Kayadu Lohar and Samyuktha Viswanathan also play key roles.

I'm Game is backed by Dulquer and Jom Varghese under the banner of Wayfarer Films. The makers confirmed that the film's post-production work, including dubbing, is currently underway. Its technical crew includes cinematographer Jimshi Khalid, composer Jakes Bejoy, editor Chaman Chakko and action choreographers Anbariv.

Apart from Malayalam, I'm Game will have dubbed versions in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada.
