Earlier, we reported about filmmaker Jithu Madhavan teaming up with Suriya for the actor's 47th film. As reported, Suriya 47 also has Nazriya Nazim in a key role. Production on the film commenced with a conventional pooja function in December last year. Meanwhile, Nazriya is only joining the project now.

Earlier this Thursday, Nazriya took to social media and shared an image featuring a gift hamper that she received from Suriya and Jyotika. It looks similar to the gift hampers that the cast and crew of Sarvam Maya received recently from the star couple. The hamper also contains a note welcoming Nazriya to the film's set. While the full note is not visible, it appears to be praising the actor for the warmth she brings to her characters. As reported earlier, Suriya and Jyotika are producing the film through their banner Zhagaram Studios.

In her post, Nazriya tagged Zhagaram Studios, and the banner also shared it in their Instagram Stories. The upcoming movie marks Nazriya's first collaboration with Suriya on a film. Beyond her work in Malayalam, she has already starred with the likes of Dhanush in Naiyaandi, Arya in Raja Rani, Jai in Thirumanam Enum Nikkah, and Nani in Ante Sundaraniki. The movie also brings Nazriya and Jithu together for the first time. It is worth noting that Jithu directed her actor husband Fahadh Faasil's 2024 film Aavesham.

The film also stars Naslen, Anandraj, and John Vijay, among others. It has Aavesham composer Sushin Shyam as well.

Nazriya's upcoming projects also include a Sony LIV web series titled The Madras Mystery – Fall of a Superstar, co-starring Shanthnu, and a film with director Muhsin Parari and Tovino Thomas.
