Ananthan Kaadu: The official trailer for the upcoming action drama, Ananthan Kaadu, has been released by the makers. The Tamil-Malayalam bilingual is set to release in theatres on June 25.
Ananthan Kaadu is directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar and is written by Murali Gopy, the writer of Lucifer (2019) and L2: Empuraan (2025). The trailer shows various factions who finds their roots in a forest area, fighting against the authorities, who are pursuing 'Operation Ananthan'. A brutal fight for justice is hinted at in the trailer.
Arya leads the cast of the film which includes Indrans, Sunil, Nikhila Vimal, Regena Cassandrra, Siddique, Ajay, Bose Venkat, Dev Mohan, Renji Panicker, Anjali P Nair, Santhy Balachandran, Achyuth Kumar, Vijayaraghavan, Sagar Surya, Alsyn Benny, and Sarath Appani, among others.
B Ajaneesh Loknath, known for his work in the Kantara franchise, is composing music for Ananthan Kaadu, which features lyrics by Nishanth Raju. The crew of the film includes director of photography S Yuva, editor Rohit VS Variyath, production designer Ranjith Kotheri, and action director R Sakthi Saravanan.
S Vinod Kumar has produced Ananthan Kaadu under the Mini Studios banner.
