Recently, we reported about Urvashi, Dhyan Sreenivasan and Navya Nair starring in a horror film, titled Visitor. At a recent event for the film, Dhyan spoke about his long-term association with Navya. The two have long been in public discourse after the reappearance of an old clip from a Kairali TV interview on social media where Dhyan said he used to like Navya in the past but not at the time.
When Navya Nair was asked about it in the recent past, the actor appreciated Dhyan's parents for giving him the freedom to speak like that in a public platform. However, the playful conversation surrounding the two never went away. At a recent inauguration function, Dhyan and Navya appeared together as special guests, and he jokingly said that he skipped a potential meeting with Argentina footballer Lionel Messi to be with his childhood crush. "She is bigger than Messi for me," Dhyan quipped at the time.
Now, Dhyan Sreenivasan has brought the conversation back into the spotlight once again, this time during a speech at an event for Visitor. At the event, Dhyan said that his collaboration with Navya is happening after a long time. "We are coming together (for a film) when Navya is married and has a son now. Even so, when I become the CM and swear in, I hope that Navya would be there in the front row clad in a saree and with tears in her eyes," Dhayn can be seen saying in a video, as he is trying hard not to laugh out loud, while eliciting big laughs from the audience.
Dhyan's comment has been interpreted as a subtle reference to Vijay and Trisha's recent public appearance. It is worth noting that when Vijay was swearing in as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Trisha was present at the event clad in a saree and with tears in her eyes. Notably, Dhyan never mentioned Trisha or Vijay during his speech.
