The trailer of Anomie, headlined by Bhavana and Rahman, promises to be a slick crime thriller. The 2.08-minute-long video gives us a peek into the story, which pivots around the disappearance of a youngster, who is introduced as someone with psychiatric issues. Bhavana plays his sister, who is willing to go to any extent to find her brother. Meanwhile, there's Rahman as an aggressive cop, perhaps seeking redemption. Vishnu Agasthya also seems to be playing a crucial part in this thrilling narrative. A major highlight of the trailer is the background score from Harshavardhan Rameshwar, best known for his work in Arjun Reddy and Animal.

Anomie is written and directed by Riyas Marath, who has previously co-written Mamta Mohandas's Neeli, which stars Mamta Mohandas, and Diwanji Moola Grand Prix. The upcoming film's crew also includes Sujith Sarang as the cinematographer, Kiran Das as the editor, and Arjun Jox as the art director. Binu Pappu, Arjun Lal, and Drishya Regunath also star in it.

Bhavana is also producing Anomie under her banner, Bhavana Film Productions, along with Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak, Blitzkrieg Films, and Aadith Prassana Kumar. The film is set for release on February 6.
