The first look of Koodothram, directed and headlined by actor Baiju Ezhupunna, was unveiled by the makers through social media. The film also stars Salim Kumar, Dinoy Paulose, Sreenath Bhasi, Alencier Ley Lopez, Joy Mathew, Sreejith Ravi, Rachel David, Diya and Veena Nair in key roles. Blending horror, mystery and family drama, it is scripted by Santhosh Idukki.

Set against the rural landscapes of Idukki, Koodothram has cinematography by Jisbin Sebastian and Shiji Jayadevan, with editing by Grayson ACA and music by Gopi Sundar. Presented by Baiju, the film is backed by Sannjo Productions, with Reji George Konnatharayil serving as the co-producer. It is expected to hit theatres in February, as per the makers.

Baiju made his directorial debut with the 2013 film KQ, which also featured him in a significant role. As an actor, he has worked in more than 50 films. His notable portrayals include Kumbalangi Nights, Pokkiri Raja, Traffic, Ividam Swargamanu and Madhuraraja, among others.
