Compliments are continuing to come in for actor Mohanlal, who was announced as this year's recipient of the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. Actor Radikaa Sarathkumar and actor-director-choreographer Prabhu Dheva took to social media to congratulate Mohanlal, on his win.

Taking to X, Radikaa wrote, "Congratulations to an actor par excellence,on receiving the coveted Dadasaheb Phalke award. Proud to see him receive this great recognition, for his immense contribution to cinema." She added, "Thanks to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Shri Dr L Murugan and the Jury."

Meanwhile Prabhu Dheva took to his X handle and wrote, "Congratulations to the legendary Mohanlal Sir on being honored with the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. A true icon of Indian cinema."

Mohanlal is set to receive the award at the ceremony which will be held on September 23.
